Production process

What is the weaving process and density of the material? Can it be customized?
What are the types of matrix resins in prepregs (e.g. epoxy, phenolic)?
What are the curing temperature and curing time of the matrix resin? Are they suitable for our process conditions?


Application Scenario

Does the material meet our specific application requirements (e.g. aerospace, automotive components, industrial use)?
Can you provide materials that meet international standards (e.g., aerospace standards, automotive industry standards)?

Supply capacity

Is there a stable production capacity? What is the annual production capacity?
What is the current inventory situation? Does it support small-lot trial purchasing?
What is the lead time for larger orders? Are there options for split deliveries?


Quality Control

Is there a well-established quality management system (e.g. ISO 9001 certification)?
Is it possible to provide quality inspection report for the whole batch?
In case of quality problems, is there a return or compensation policy?
Logistics and Packaging

What is the packaging method? Does it support moisture-proof and anti-static packaging?
Is there any experience in international transportation? Are materials easily damaged in long-distance transportation?

Price and payment terms

Can the price be discounted according to the purchasing volume?
Does it support price locking mechanism for long-term contracts?
What is the payment method (e.g. T/T, L/C)? Is there an account period?
Technical Support

Are technical support services available, e.g. process parameter optimization suggestions?
If problems are encountered in the use of materials, is there an after-sales service team to assist in solving them?


Cooperation Flexibility

Do you support sample purchasing? Are samples free of charge?
Is it possible to develop customized materials according to requirements?

Supplier Qualifications and Cases

How long is the supplier’s experience in the composites industry? Does it have famous customer cases?
Can they provide references of successful applications at home and abroad?
